I think you have a failing Graphics card.
Try to remove the graphics card and use the internal graphics. (MoBo connector)

Is the CPU heat sink well installed?
I have downloaded the MSI h110m pro vd manual from MSI site but there is no BIOS guide so I don't know the BIOS options.

Can you boot the Win 8.1 installation disk?
Did you run the check disk chkdsk c: /f ?

You have to understand that we don't have all the information that you do.
You began saying that you have a problem but didn't inform the hardware specs. Now you say that you was editing videos when it fist happen.
You're very fast but you don't answer all the questions we make. Is the CPU heat sink well installed?

We don't know what is the problem, but we know is a hardware.
We have to make it simple as possible.
- Disconnect the HDD power cable.
- Remove the graphics card and connect one monitor to the DVI of the MB.

Try to boot from the installation disk.

What kind of information you're giving me? None!!!!
You need to give us more information.
We're already on post #40 and still can't boot.

Don't save your words. The more information you give us, the more it help us to find a solution.
So,
- What you do to try to boot from the installation disk?
- What do see when you try to boot from the installation disk?
