Virtual memory usage
How can I monitor virtual memory usage (eg. during gaming session)?

Did you try Resource Monitor?
The size of virtual memory is controversy.
I always set it to a fixed value of the double of physical memory.
As I have a SSD and a HDD, virtual memory is set only on the HDD.
You have 4G of memory and use internal graphics. The ideal OS for this scenario is Win 7 32 not Win 7 64
Don't look at my specs, Im asking about windows 7 in general, not my machine.
Currently Im on PC running windows 7 32 bit, 3GB RAM and 3GB virtual.
I can see in physical memory in Resource Monitor - 1,2GB active, 1,5GB cached, 300MB free but I can't see how much of 3GB virtual memory is actually in use.
I tried Sysinternals' Process Explorer - View - System information - memory tab: Paging Lists
but not sure how to read it. 'Standby' was sometimes 1,7GB - is that it?
EDIT
nah, standby=cached
