    @torchwood, sorry for the confusion. This thread is for a seperated Windows 7 computer. This is for a Dell Latitude D630. The mysterious folder thread is for a Windows 7 tower I have. Two different situations on two different Windows 7 machines. :)

    Finally, an update


    @torchwood - I apologize for taking so long to reply. I got busy and forgot about this problem. I tried to clone my hard drive using EaseUS TODO Backup Home and it failed. I tired to installed kb947821 like you recommended. However, It said that it was not applicable to my system. Is it possible to use Linux to repair ,y disk so I can get an image of the drive?
