Need help with start up programs

Hello, so i recently noticed that whenever i start up my PC it takes around a minute or more to function normally, otherwise it takes forever to even open a folder, and sometimes explorer stops responding, i have done a malware/virus scan, defragged my disk and fix registry.

I noticed on safe mode i don't have that problem, so i tried to remove all services and startups from system config.

I need help with which services are necessary to have on.

Linux Mint 18.2 xfce 64-bit (VMWare host) / Windows 8.1 Pro 32-bit (VMWare guest)

I would go to the Startup tab and disable all except for the Intel items and the Realtek item. I'd probably leave all of that stuff disabled, because it's not likely that you need any of it to run when you log into Windows.

I would then go to the Services tab and check the box which says "Hide all Microsoft services". Then click Disable All, to kill all of the non-Microsoft services. Then reboot. After doing that, your computer should run fine.

As for which ones should you re-enable after doing that? I would re-enable the Intel services, the Malwarebytes service, the NVIDIA services, and probably the Mozilla Maintenance Service. I would then reboot, and see how it runs.

The remaining services should be re-enabled one at a time, with a reboot after each one, to see how the computer runs with it enabled. You will know if it is the culprit or not.

Or, you could leave the rest of them disabled. It's really up to you.

If I had to guess which one was the culprit, I would guess that it was one of the "no-name" services (from an unknown manufacturer), or perhaps that so much stuff was loading at startup.
