Sorry if this could look like a duplicate of another my previous thread (prevent a task from running).
I'm looking for a way to temporary freeze or block the Task Scheduler so that no programs will be able to create new tasks unless I allow it.
Is there any software that can do it?
Did you see if you can do with GPedit?
Mod please delete this thread because the title is wrong as I wanted help regarding Task Scheduler NOT Task Manager!
I did understand what you want, regardless of the title. try GPedit (group policies).
Group Policy gave some errors like pop up windows also I don't know what folder in GPedit to work with.
Could you please look at the right thread?
