Windows 7 Dell inspiron n5110 very slow startup with lag black screens

    Greetings

I have Dell inspiron n5110, I had windows 10 installed before formatting and downgrading to windows 7
I'm now running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
the issue is that after first window screen, black screen appears for like 10 seconds then comes the welcome screen, then another black screen appears with mouse loading cursor for few seconds and then desktop loads. It takes up to 5 minute or maybe more until every thing runs smooth and startup ends

What I tried to do is:
1- remove startup icons from notification taskbar
    2- run safe mode

I attached my desktop screenshot to show the programs I'm using
yes they are heavy for a laptop, but I had the same programs in windows 10 yet I had a perfect startup

oh yes there is something I did as well, I added a 2GB ram from an old dell laptop I had, now my system is 6GB ram

Please any help would be appreciated
and please try giving me multiple solutions, like starting with easy possible solution to other solutions in case previous ones don't work for me

    Please run HDTune and
    • check the health,
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    • the health,
    • the error scan,
    • the benchmark incl. following
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,
      • cpu usage.

Also run SeaTools DOS to check the integrity of your HDD.

Your hard drive is getting a bit slow affecting your boot time.
There's not much you can do about it, defragmenting the disk may speed up a few things but it most likely will not be enough for notable improvements.
