If you can boot your computer to BIOS setup utility then its not faulty motherboard its the corrupted Windows OS that is causing the boot problem.
Then why is my other hdd not working also?
My third hdd is a win7 pro 32bit and it has no problems
Did you installed the Windows OS from the computer that is not booting?
Do you get any error message?
No it is a separated copy of windows so i have two copies of win7
All are in good condition until i checked the maximum memory on msconfig
Please read the article at below link.
Can You Move a Windows Installation to Another Computer?
Ihad 2 pc the other pc is for projects and the unbootable pc for gaming
What you can do is connect the HDD that is connected to computer that is not booting to a working computer and replace registry hives stored in \windows\system32\config folder with registry hives stored in Windows\System32\config\RegBack folder and connect the HDD to not booting computer to find out if Windows OS will boot.
The registry hives and backups of the registry hives are stored at the HDD that is connected to the computer that is not booting.
