Windows Process Manager timnzgh.exe. Hogging my resources 100% CPU

Ok a little background here. I got a very bad virus on my pc. I tried Malwarebytes, Norton Anti-virus, HitmanPro, Emsisoft Emergency kit to remove this virus. I finally said screw it and formatted all of my hard drives and reinstalled windows. To find that the virus is still there. Any advice at all on how to get rid of this thing?????

svchost.exe and MsMpEng.exe Hogging Resources
Hello, I hope you are doing well. Whenever I check my Windows Task Manager's Processes tab, it looks like svchost.exe and MsMpEng.exe are hogging my system's resources. On average, each of those programs are using approximately 50k to 60k of memory. I know that they are both Windows-related...

System Idle Process hogging Pentium D
I'm running Windows 7 on a Pentium D 2.66GHz cpu with 2GB of RAM. I have a problem with cpu allocation that I just can't figure out. The image is of my Task Manager showing nothing really is running, but one core of my cpu is running 63% in lockstep with the other core running about 13%--in other...

MP11 hogging serious resources.
After solving my WMP homegroup "play to" problems (seen here) rather easily, there's one thing I'm noticing as a drawback. Every so often - and whenever I launch WMP, WMC, or browse any of my media libraries - a process called wmpnetwk.exe takes off and hogs some serious CPU and RAM. (Along the...
