Context menu "pauses" on "Open With" before going to selection

I've had this context-menu issue for many months, and have finally come up with a way to explain it.

If the CM contains an "Open With" submenu, as it would when it appears in a file-managing app (I use xplorerČ lite, from zabkat.com), and the pointer is moved to something on the CM other than "Open With", the highlight does not immediately follow it, dwelling on "Open With" (an agonizing moment) till the submenu pops up (just for an instant), then jumps to where the pointer is.

Can anything be done about this? Thanks.

    System Requirements for xplorerČlite !

    Hi Friends,
    Greets,

    @ frable82 :
Sir, the problem is with xplorerČlite or default Windows Explorer/Context menu ?
    1. Are you using xplorerČlite on other than Windows 10 ? It seems the problem is with System Requirements !

    2. xplorerČlite may be conflicting with default Windows Explorer/CM ; May be your default Windows context menu is carrying so much and needs to be lightened ; you can also consider other apps ?Consider these post(s) ( other than 'Ad' entries !)

XplorerČlite has been around a few years, and zabkat states it is compatible with all Windows systems back to XP. (I can't jump to 10 with this machine; not enough RAM (just less than 3GB))
