How to fix sfc scan errors without losing any data?

in windows 10 i can use these cmd to fix sfc scan errors.

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

or with windows 10 iso

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:H:\sources\install.wim:1 /limitaccess

this thing always worked great for me in win 10 and i can fix errors without losing any installed updates and any data.

Hi LoverofLove

sfc /scannow is a valid w7 and W10 command

KB947821 - SURT, is the DISM equivalent, its OS dependent either the x32 or X64

Download System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 (KB947821) [October 2014] from Official Microsoft Download Center

neither impact your personal data

MS's built in diskcleaner, dskchk, now removes obsolete updates
