How to check my PC specs etc

Hello. Long time since I updated my specs to include in my posts. Also how do I gather tech/spec info AND how do we run a few performance tests etc to see what this PC is rated as. And once done some possible simple tweeks and stuff to improve its performance.

Can someone guide me plz?
