    Chkdsk keeps repeating at startup

I have dual system Win7 & Win 10. When i boot up my system and choose Win7, I get repeated Chkdsk that takes about 20 minutes to do its thing. I checked msconfig/startup and could not see anything that might have that program running. BTW, when I go into Win 10, I am not confronted with that problem at all. I found a way to prevent it from repeating, but I have to make sure that after I choose Win 7 and it starts reading..."starting Windows", I keep my finger on the "Enter" button, and briefly see that Chkdsk was about to start again, but then it bypass's it, and goes directly into Windows. Does anyone have an idea why this keeps happening and how to prevent each time I want to go into Win7?

If it keeps doing it the dirty bit is set and not being cleared. When windows start it writes a dirty bit to the disk which it clear on shutdown if that is not done it sees it and starts check disk you can stop it in several ways How to Cancel Scheduled CHKDSK Operations in Windows

If you turn off Fast Startup in Windows 10, this problem will not occur. Fast Startup in Windows 10 cause the drives to be put in a hibernate like state that Windows 7 does not understand and if performs a Chkdsk to try and resolve it.
