Add 'Backup and Restore' to the context menu?

I have searched but not found a way to easily add 'Backup and Restore' to the context menu. I am not capable of figuring it out myself and would like to find a tutorial I can follow. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Thanks, but I'm interested in Win7 and the tutorial listed is for Win10. Will this work for Win7 also?

Try it (step 2)
If it isn't what you want, unload it (step 3)
