Windows 7 X64 - 2 coolers of the processor are being used

    Hello !
Of course this is a n00b question.

Since 2 days i noted both coolers of my processor are working even when i turn on the computer, and even in winter, when the temp is not more than 15 C. Is it normal?

Screenshot of "Open hardware monitor" is at
    Code:

    Task Manager, if it matters:
    Code:

    Also for example:
The temp now is 3 C (7:22 am) from Matheu, Argentina Forecast | Weather Underground and when i opened photoshop the cooler started.
Again and sorry if it´s a n00b 150% question. Is it normal?

For example now when i took the screenshot i see the cooler through the transparent plastic and its not working. So i think its "fine" but anyway.
Sometimes for example when i go to "Start" button to open a program it kinda "hangs" .
Few days ago when i was playing a song in Foobar the song was frozed and the movement of cursor was so slow ...
    Almost cant move it.

    Thank you a lot
Also i made a screenshots of the MS Updates installed . And
Also later i have another questions to make if it´s possible. Thanks!

You are quoting the room temperature, which is maintained by the sun as its main source. In winter it can be very cold, and heat dissipates rapidly. However, teh Sun is not the only source of heat. Inside the computer, components have a very small surface area, and generate lots of heat (typically 30-50C). The components temperature needs be maintained in order to operate correctly, and that is where the cooling fans are useful.

I have no knowledge of where or which thread you were looking.

Use Dism++ New Windows Utility to create a list of updates which you can choose.

    - Fan operation has nothing to do with the OS. They are controlled by the MoBo and BIOS.
    - Four pin fans has a minimum speed, so even if the temperature is low it will run as soon as you turn the computer on.
    - CPU fan should always run and you should set in BIOS the alarm if it detects a stall fan.
    - All needed drivers for your MoBo are on the CD that came with it.

Thank you. I will try that.
And also i had a problem today. when i was using the computer, i didnt know it was downloading and installing the updates . Even when i had the notification of WU telling me there was x updates to install. Then when i turned off the computer it started to install the updates (?).
OK, thats when i turned off the computer.
Then i turned on again like 2 or 3 hours after a nap and other things and guess what happened.
WU failed to install the updates and it was reverting to the previous one.
Now what do i need to do?

    The question is:
I have all of this updates to install (important) as it says there:

    and a lot more.
    and this as "optional".
    Code:

    My question is:
Wich updates are really important, and what not?
Like for example the preview of quality rollup, or others wich does not says "Security update" blabla.

Caly, please don't use external links to post images.
    - Use the sniping tool (%windir%\system32\SnippingTool.exe) to take a snapshot and save tou your disk.
    - On the quick reply window, on top right menu there is a paper clip. Click on it, browse to the file or files you want to attach, then upload. That's it.
There are many ways to install the updates. @iko22 mentioned Dism++.
I'm using the offline SP2 and then the Security Only updates.
Most of the "optional" you will never need and they come with the spy and tracking features. I don't install them.
