    Some files saved on the computer cannot be found,Some files cannot be accessed by the tool after being found.

    As I said previously, perhaps you could elaborate on why you think it didn't work very well!
    What did you expect it to do?
    A complete re-install at this stage is a bit drastic without knowing what the OP's problems are and if they can be resolved!
