W7 OS x64. Upgrade BD TS 2018 + FF61. No IT download/print now!

I run W7 OS w/ Apple Bootcamp on iMac 21.5. Just upgraded Bitdefender TS 2018 >2019, and FF61 > FF62. Now, I cannot download/print any website data from IT. Surf'g is OK. Print/g off line is Ok, and I
can upload, but not download. Problem developed in last week. No response from MS or Bitdefender or

Mozilla about this. Constructive advice would be appreciated.

From what I can see, you have three choices that you can work through, on your computer. Here are my suggestions:

1) Use system restore, to restore your computer to a point in time before the problem developed (before last week, in your case). If you have never run system restore before then here is a very useful tutorial, that will take you through all the necessary steps: System Restore - Windows 7 Help Forums.
2) Use a different browser.
3) Install a virtual printer.

You say, you have already contacted Bitdefender and Mozilla. When was this? Maybe they just need time to reply.
You say, you have already contacted Microsoft. What site did you use to contact them?

You could also try uninstalling Bitdefender and see if the problem goes away but I'd do the system restore first.
