SFC unable to repair all files, not sure what to do with the CBS file

Was wondering if anyone knows what to do from here, trying to get my PC to run smoothly, I might eventually give up and try a clean install tho.

attached the CBS log in case it is of any use

    Hi LucasR,

looks like you have more than 1 problem.

Lets get rid of the major one first
    Your NetframeWork appears corrupted
    please run this repair tool
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=30135

    REBOOT then rerun CBS

Alright, I did, so when you say rerun CBS I am guessing you mean SFC?
Can't find any CBS.exe or CBS command for the Command prompt.

I really have no clue what I am doing, but under the installation of this PC I had a lot of issues with NetframeWork, not surprising it has come back to haunt me.

Not a problem being clueless, that's why we're here to help those less computer savvy individuals!

There is no CBS.exe or CBS (component based servicing) CMD command.

Yes, Roy meant run the repair tool, reboot to apply the changes, rerun sfc /scannow and post CBS.log.
Rerunning sfc /scannow will produce new entries in the CBS log, he's specifically looking for Net Framework repair results!

    Sorry to hear that!
    Would you please run
SURTx64 and when it completes, post CheckSUR.log; location: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS

Alright, ran the program like you told me to, rebooted my PC, then ran SFC /scannow, new CBS file is attached, kinda interesting to see if this stuff is fixable without a full reinstall.

    ok no surt issues
    numerous .NET dll errors
    I'll see what I have
OK, let's give this a try.
Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save to your Desktop
Download Attachment 407939 to your desktop
Drag and Drop SFCFix.zip onto SFCFix.exe
    See here
Post log that appears when it completes

There are 71 separate dlls that have issues, we're hoping that Richard's script will pick up the good copies on the desktop when run from there too.
    In the meantime....
Seems like it was able to fix a number of issues? not 100% sure, but I think we have more to go.
