I was able to copy the files from another install and overwrite the corrupt files listed above, but not the packages, because i don't know how...I tried to replace the files and was successful, but still get the same error I think because the packages listed below are still corrupt.

TLDR: Tells me two packages are corrupt, and I have no idea how to replace them or where they are located.

    Microsoft-Windows-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.7601.17514.WindowsFoundationDelivery

    Hi MrWhispers,

    Welcome to SevenForums!

As the above only generates the ERRORS from the sfc /scannow run, perhaps you could upload the sfcdetails.txt file from the desktop!

Screenshots And Files - Upload And Post In SevenForums

This tutorial [Published by Brink] will show you how to upload the file => Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in SevenForums.

    I hope this helps!

It is usually easier to read in a .txt file because of the wrapping generated in posts!

It sounds like you are in the same position I was in a few days ago, if you have your OS Install Medium, you should perform an in-place install, choose "upgrade". and replace the missing components.

Did you run some cleaning utility that deleted the components by mistake? There is a popular Windows 7 Manager tool I like to use (I can't say what it is in here cos Brink will delete it) but it is a paid collection of utilities that includes some comprehensive system cleaners, junk file cleaners, registry cleaners, etc, and if you don't go through the results before you process the scan, it WILL delete a system component or two. Looks like that might have happened to you, unless those components were deleted deliberately. But the In-Place Install might fix it.
