    Reset Windows SID to 1000?

Is there a program that can reset the user Windows account to 1000 again without reformat and reinstall Windows?

Thats the User Profile default, for the primary user on S-1-5-21-xxxx-xxxx-1000
AND SHOULD NEVER be removed in the registry
Every time you add a User you get 1001 etc

might just be easier to remove the others, see option 2

User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.
