Got the 2 new Memory Sticks, put them in then started the PC.

1st time I got the Starting Windows screen then it said "no video input" on the monitor and went black.

I restarted and it did a disk check? then went to Windows. I let it run, pulled up a couple websites, re-started,
it seems to be running great!

Is there anything that needs to be done or checked to make sure the memory is good or
should I just put the cover back on and be happy?? (-:

I looked at the memory assessment thread on this forum, ran the test and the results are attached.

I don't know what these numbers mean?? they look lower than most of the others that posted but this
computer is running better than ever with the ssd and new memory!!

    Thank you so much!!!!

Run HWinfo and if on the summary it says you have 8 G of memory you have it all. Just enjoy your "new" computer.

Edit. You can run a memory check. It will take hours to run it.

I ran HWinfo and am attaching the results. Looks like it is showing 8 gb of memory.

I ran the %windir%\system32\MdSched.exe test earlier this afternoon before leaving the house,
when I returned the computer was restarted. I looked at the tutorial on this site on how to find
the log in Event Viewer but it isn't there?

No sense continuing this... my computer is running better than ever. Thank you so much for your help.
It really is a "new" computer (-:

Unless you find something to concern myself with in the attached screenshot I will mark this as solved.
Please let me know either way and Thank You Again!!!

    You have it running. Enjoy.

Remember to make a disk image as a backup.
