Welcome to SevenForums. The below will assist you in making informed choices.
Always backup your system with, at a minimum a restore point or preferably a Full disk image before you change computer settings, and regular backups as well. I've had system restore and M$ Windows disk images fail in the past more than once.

I like viewing startup items in CCleaner free. I like free. It has tabs for Windows, Scheduled Tasks, & Context menu
