Why is the FF icon is mutiple when is made to a default as the submitted picture shows, and how it should be corrected?

Hi barsim,
Mine is the same as yours. If you have more than one version of Firefox, i.e. x32 or x64, as I do, you will have more than one entry. NORMAL!
