SFC /scannow Unable to fix corrupt files

Previously, I couldn't run scheduled disk check at startup. I found that official Microsoft Hotfix for this problem is now unavailable. Then I checked disk errors, boot from Windows 7 DVD and tried command "chkdsk /f /r C:" and it found problems and fixed successfully. Then I tried SFC /scannow in windows and got sfcdetails.txt on Desktop. I don't know much about Windows but noticed a line:
Code:
2019-07-31 14:32:00, Info CSI 00000070 [SR] Could not reproject corrupted file [ml:520{260},l:46{23}]"\??\C:\Windows\System32"\[l:22{11}]"autochk.exe"; source file in store is also corrupted.
Then I replaced autochk.exe with new one from Windows 7 DVD (ultimate 32bit sp1, same with my laptop) and run SFC /scannow again. This time above line ("autochk.exe"; source file in store is also corrupted) is disappear in log file and now I can run scheduled disk check at startup, but sfc is saying "found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them", there are problems described in log file "sfcdetails.txt". I have run SFC /scannow for 8-10 times, in various ways (in windows, in safe mode, offboot). But problems still exist. Here they are:
Code:
2019-08-05 17:36:59, Info CSI 000001f1 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:22{11}]"autochk.exe" of Microsoft-Windows-Autochk, Version = 6.1.7601.17514, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch

Please help to fix them

Hi weer54rw,

Welcome to SevenForums!

From my OneDrive, please download and run SURT32.exe follow the instructions & post CBS log that appears on your desktop. Remove the .cab compressed folder if there are any in the CBS folder, zip the CBS folder and upload please.

Hello Snick,
Thanks for your help. I tried to download SURT32.exe (with UC Browser Desktop from my brother's laptop) but I couldn't, download restarts at 99%(538.5MB), for twice, and I stop trying download (because I have mobile data, fast but high cost ). Can you check your uploaded file for problems please?

Recently, I tried installing System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 (KB947821) [October 2014] and checked CheckSUR.log, found no problem.

Try downloading and running SURT from here => My Useful Batch Scripts. Then run my SURT.bat [Options [2], [3] & [4]] and upload the results using the tutorial at the bottom of the above link [Upload to SevenForums] and someone will look at it for you.

I hope this helps!

I found that your SURT is from Microsoft. I already tried SURT (last night) from Microsoft site (edited in my second post but it seems we are writing at the same time). I think I don't need to install/run it again. And today I run your SURT.bat and got logs. Here they are

OK thanks for the logs I'll have a look!
Be advised there is nothing wrong with my OneDrive, or the programs synced to my home server. If you internet connection is not capable or errors on data downloads that is your internet connection issue. I test, upload, download and test everything that I link to or suggest.
As to your text files, you named and changed the suffix, I have no idea what else if anything you altered. Not the best idea when asking for free help for something that you cannot correct yourself.
Asked for:
CBS.zip
inside
CheckSUR.log
WindowsUpdate.log
Question, what did you alter besides the filenames????????? Anything, nothing, that is not what I asked for.

FYI: What you did is cause me to do a whole bunch of unnecessary steps/procedures to analyze your altered .log submissions. I have automated tools I created to parse and peruse the logs, some more than 100k lines. Alterations of the requested logs renders those tools unreliable from my analytical standpoiint.

Please don't try to add what you perceive to be help or concealment of possible pirated software as I do not, nor is it permissible per forum rules to work on software determined to be non-genuine or not activated for key issues

Do you mean that the names of files in my attachment Logs.zip were altered?
No, I didn't altered anything, or I modified nothing. Please read to the end.
First, I couldn't download your file or I was unable to do your instructions and I posted about that. Then Paul Black replied and I just followed his instructions.

Everything is under instructions of you Guys. Please read the entire thread thoroughly.
And I won't conceal anything in getting help. My elder brother bought this second hand laptop. Yes its software is not a genuine one.
Now is it possible to help me?
Sorry if any impolite words because of my poor English
