Windows 7: Currupt files in Winsxs

Currupt files in Winsxs

I was trying to free up space on my C drive by running Disk Cleanup but it failed so I ran sfc /scannow. This found corrupt files mfc90.dll and mfc90u.dll. I tried repairing programs (MS Office 2010, HP, MS Visual Studio) but nothing helped, so I tried replacing them with files from install disks (no improvement) and removing them (still errors in sfc). I uninstalled MS Office & Visual Studio with no change. My final step was to run SFCFix (it seemed to be a common step on this forum) that gives this summary (file attached):

SUMMARY: Some corruptions could not be fixed automatically. Seek advice from helper or
CBS & SFC total detected corruption count: 84
CBS & SFC total unimportant corruption count: 0
CBS & SFC total fixed corruption count: 0
SURT total detected corruption count: 120

AutoAnalysis:: directive completed successfully.

Can you help fix this for me?

Please run AutoSURT64 from my OneDrive
The CBS Folder will be placed on your desktop when the automated SURT completes.
Remove the .cab files which are compressed/zipped cbs.logs, zip the cbs folder and upload please.
You have missing cat/mum pairs and manifests per SURT you posted. I need to see logs please
If you have any questions as we proceed, please ask! There are no dumb questions!

Here is the result. Hopefully I got this right that you want all the files other than the .cab files.

Thanks for helping. After 3 or 4 days at this, I was losing my mind...

Hi Bill; Hope all is ok with you. I am wondering it will take long for you to help me with the CBS.log and comments as what it will take to fix my computer. I am not trying to push but I would like to make a decision somewhat soon as to whether I should try to repair this problem or just install a new version of Windows 10. If you are tied up with other things, no problem, I will go to plan b. If you think this is caused by a hardware problem, please let me know if you can. I am assuming it is software.

winsxs Files
My W7 winsxs folder is 15 GB. About half of the files are amd64_......... What are these files for? Are they for AMD 64 bit processing systems? If my system uses an Intel processor can I delete these amd64_ files? I could save about 7.5 GB space if they aren't used by my system.
