    Hi

Not all keys work in that area ARROW keys and Enter

Going back to your other thread
The screenshot error you posted is a well known bug, been present since day1 just ignore it.

There is usually a 10 second window to cancel the chkdsk,
HIT ANY KEY TO CANCELL, Do you not get it??

    HOWEVER
You can cancell the check disc using the following - via command prompt
THIS IS NOT ADVISED, could possible cause more damage

    chkntfs /x c:

where C: is the correct drive

There's a reason on why I marked that thread as "Solved". You don't have to worry about it.
My Drive C: Is apparently dirty so i'm trying to find all the solutions I can try to clean that drive
without using the check disk, doing it manually can be a thing but whenever I try to search for the
hex string, it takes a long time since my drive is pretty big and since my drive is dirty or.. Well, "corrupted". Anything that takes too long just freezes and so as the whole computer. I did A performance check using the tool in "Performance Information and tools" under control panel. Everything is ok except for the disk.

Possibly your keyboard and mouse drivers are not installed in the recovery environment.
Try using ps2 keyboard and mouse.
