Win7 home prem slow to create and rename folders
I have McAfee installed with firewall. Not sure what's causing this, it hangs for more than 1 minute every time I create a new folder or rename one.

but i create a new folder from Eclipse IDE it's very fast...
not happening to desktop (win7 ultimate) only laptop. both have mcafee.
i restarted the laptop OS and it seems to be ok now. not sure why.
And I dont use McAfee.
the weird thing is that if I creat a new folder and in time that my explorer dont rsponding I go to another App like word and want to save file, I can see the new folder and even can to save the file in it.
I have Another problem and I think its part of the same problem, when I move file or folder I still see it in the source folder and dont see it in the destination folder, and its dont change until I refresh the window or wait at least 20sec.
