Can't run Windows experience test

For some reason it'll run and then crash -:

Its stuck on 5.9 rating, the machine seems OK otherwise. It did have a session with crashing once in a while, this was due to a Molex to Sata connector on the HDD, due to loose crimping. I've soldered the crimps, this resolve the crashing.... it kinda knew when to crash on ya'. I guess it corrupted the atiuxp64.dll.

Based on the processor that's in your computer, I'm guessing it has AMD Radeon HD 7540D integrated graphics.
Has the current driver for it been installed?

I may be wrong, but Windows 7 64-bit in your computer appears to be very outdated.
What month and year has it been updated to?

When I said Windows 7 in your computer appears to be very outdated, I was not suggesting you switch to Windows 10.
I was suggesting you get Windows 7 up-to-date and install the current Windows 7 driver for its AMD graphics device.

I personally have issues with W.E.I. not working properly in my Windows 7 computers that have AMD graphics.
Updating the AMD graphics driver sometimes resolves the W.E.I. issue, but not always.

I will leave you with the others here who may have a resolution for you.

My bad, I misunderstood I'm sorry, I just want something that works

The performance test did work OK before the crashing session started the score wasn't all that great, I did clear all the cache out and still stopped. I got on to AMD so I'll await their response, I'll report back for the benefit of others, this may take a day or two.

I'm troubled to think it's only the performance test is affected, it simply stops at that point I can't find any other problems that are evident.

Windows 7 will probably be my last MS operating system. Thanks for trying, Dave

I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I've been using Windows 10 since it was originally released in July 2015, so I've gotten pretty proficient with it.
But Windows 7 is still my favorite operating system, so it runs in most of my computers.
A new version of Simplix UpdatePack7R2 is released every month within a few days after "patch Tuesday".
That's how I keep Windows 7 up to date.
Windows 7 supposedly will continue to be provided with new updates until October 2024.

Yeah, I KNOW Win 7 is outdated..... no more Msft for me thanks.
The problem was the SSD itself... it simply wanted firmwear update from Crucial.... all cured now, thanks. Dave
