Is there a means of mentioning/pinging users on this site? Snick and NoelDP would seem to be those most familiar with these kinds of problems.

At the moment my primary problem symptoms are that I can't reach the internet, despite being connected to my LAN. Diagnostics do not start with initially there being seemingly a permissions problem to do so, then when fixing that it simply took too long to respond with a 1053 error. I will try switching which accounts are being used for DPS but I'd like to get these manifest files fixed regardless if possible.
I also have a reset permission utility I may try.

none of those sxs errors should cause internet problems, why LAN!!! should be standard wifi connection to your ISP's router

the only place i know of that have a library of sxs manifests is sysnative, you will need to provide them with the results of the checksur log and run thier sfcfix troubleshooter program

looks more like a problem with IE??

Sorry when I say LAN, I just mean that I could connect to my router and its local ethernet network. Whether it's wifi or wired, you must have a working local network connection to the router for internet access. That connection is a local area network, with the standard address of 192.168.2 in my case, mask 255.255.255

Mucking around with permissions is like walking in a minefield, it can seriously affect your system.
allways make a back-up first

your IPV4 address for >>your comp<< should read something like this
192.168.0.xx (xx will allways be greater than 1 depends on how many devices have connected to the router, im on 36 atm)

the default gateway address is
192.168.0.1

dhcp/dns servers addresses will belong to your ISP

The DHCP "server" is my router. That's what provides the default gateway and IPv4 address to devices on your network.
The router address is the default gateway address. I can set both my network and router address to whatever I want.
My router uses a 192.168.2.1 address. I can also choose my DNS and I do, through Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 service.

As long as you aren't removing permissions, it's unlikely to impact the system. There's no reason to remove permissions, you're just granting yourself access 99% of the time. What you do with that access on the other hand is a different problem lol
But it's necessary to copy manifest files from a healthy installation to begin with.
