To many 32 bit apps running at once?

Hi i am still having my cpu problem and am now doubting my previous diagnosis i think it may have to do with a lot of 32 bit apps a once i have 64 bit of course is this possible for random 100 cpu spike? it seems that all the apps that are 32 bit seem to be splitting my cpu. Example: Google Chrome *32 25% GECK *32 25% Avast 50%
is this possible?

What was your CPU problem? Please link to previous thread. I wouldn't worry too much about task manager CPU usage, my Core i5 sometimes says 100% usage just on standard use, because of throttling. What CPU are you running?

well its 100% and it is definitely 100% not just throttling. link to old post 100% cpu and nothing telling what in task manager.

Running 64-bit apps in Windows 7
I hope this isn't an especially 'dumb' question. I just upgraded to Win7, and I installed the 64-bit version. This is my first time using a 64-bit OS. My question is this: I've installed a few programs that are made for a 64-bit OS (like Cubase, and After Effects CS4), but Windows installed...
