Strange. Where did you get Win7?

What is the build number in Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Information?

PROBLEM SOLVED, hold down F8 when rebooting and choose the Repair option, then open command prompter and type chkdsk /f c: orrr/and chkdsk /f /r c:

I also did the system repair/restore option while i was in repair mode, it then had a "Finish" button which restarted my computer and WALLAH!

Don't you have to have a recovery point to repair it? And also I clicked Create Repair Disc, and it made the disc and everything, but when I restart the computer with the disc inside of it nothing happens, it just starts up like normal. ._.

You have to specifically tell your computer to boot from the disc. If it doesn't do it manually, then you have to go into the BIOS. When you first start your computer a screen should momentarily pop up with the logo of your computer, and on that screen it should tell you which button you have to press to enter BIOS (or choose disk directly, if it has that option)
