    Bandwidth Limiter/Prioritizer


    I'm looking for freeware to limit or prioritize my bandwidth usage. I would prefer something that allows you to set priorities. If there is something built into windows that I am not aware of that would be even better. Any suggestions would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks.
