Not very reliable

My PC is not very reliable

Look how bad it is

Most of it is freezing after sleep :l

How reliable is W7 backup?

I've noticed strange temps in SpeedFan. Only 1 seems really weird, as I don't have a liquid nitrogen cooled PC. Could I trust (any of) these temps?
