are they deff running at those timings and speed?
    Yes.

I forgot to add though, i have 2x2GB of the redline stuff along with another 2x1GB Crucial Ballistix 1066mhz (5-5-5-15). But it's ALL running at 1000 and 5-5-5-12.

Think it would make a difference if i took out the crucial stuff?

not sure, though if it is all running at one speed then it shouldnt. what FSB are you running? another secret is if your bios has other advanced timings under your mem settings you can tweak them to add a little more, but its not huge. FSB plays a big role to. whats your cpu specs?

I have my E4500 overclocked a bit. I also just added all of my specs below..

And i took this a while ago while i was comparing 667/800/1066. It's done with everest. I only had the 2GB of Crucial in it.

So I am not sure what I am actually looking at. If someone could help me out it would be cool.

So my memory assessment speed seems low 3700mb/s

I have 4gb memory but I assume its the bus speed that is hamstringing me? anything I can do about this?

Mine looks to be pretty much inline with where I would expect it. I'm running 8GB of Gskill.pi DDR2-800...but I believe it's running at 752 to stay in a 1:1 ratio with my CPU.
