    OCZ 2 GB(2x1GB) DDR 400mHz running @ 414 mHz. I have command rate set to 1t in the bios but it shows up as 2t in Windows for some reason. Ram is dual channel but motherboard is only single.

    is good for ddr2 800mhz running at stock? what you think.

    I have to mentioned these are :

    Patriot Viper Memory 6400LL Series 2X2 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 (5-5-5-12 @ 400 MHz) (4-4-4-8 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-6 @ 200 MHz)

    Mushkin 991580 (996580) 2X2 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 (5-5-5-18 @ 400 MHz) (4-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz)

    Mine is 4292. MB/s

    I think that's pretty good for my Ancient DDR RAM, ECC at that. I have 4 512 dimms; maybe it's a little better than 2 1GB dimms.

    Yeh that seems about average for an AMD build. AMD's have a internal memory controller, which is why they will score higher than intel core2 series and lower. but the i7's have now also got an internal memory controller, and so far i have not seen an i7 that has not been faster than a AMD's controller....
