Windows Drive increasing automatically to Full

Hi im running windows 7 x64, Ive recently added a new video card and upgraded its drivers to its latest version and ive been having a new issue, which is my windows driver C: is increasing automatically and noticeably windows folder to all the way up to 48 GB at one time before cleaning up and it increasing again. Also to add im not able to access the temp folder in local, when i try to do so, the computer just starts working to the full but never open the folder.
I have ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware program, TDSkiller and scanned my drive C with AVG and it didnt find any corrupted files. this is pretty weird and i never even heard such an issue. Does anyone have and experience with this and knows a solution except wiping everything and reinstalling windows?
