The RAM slots are paired up differently on different motherboards. What does your motherboard manual say about it?

Also, lots of boards are touchy about using six slots. My housemate has an ASUS P6T which drops the memory bandwidth if all six slots are used. She's running three 2GB sticks in triple-channel mode. My board is also running 3 X 2GB in triple-channel but also has a funky 4th slot if I want to drop down to dual-channel. No 5th and 6th slot for me at all. Then I had an old MSI board with what were apparently color-coded RAM slots. Good thing I read the manual because it turned out that the colors had no relation to the actual channel configuration at all.

No I didnt, put them in 1 and 3 and speed doubled! 18065MB/s!

WEI went down, why was that? And why did the speed double?

EDIT: After refresh WEI went back up to 7.6
1 and 3 are the correct slots for dual channel I'd stick with the 8GB until you can get the matching 4GB so you can populate the other 2 slots. A Guy

His board has 4 slots, here is download for manual

14GB DDR3 1333MHz Good scores or Bad scores?

For your rig it should be double that. The posted RAM frequencies are a bit low, even with 14GB the frequency is the larger factor in RAM preformance.

    Is that the default settings?

Can you OC RAM with that board? Not familiar with it's specs.

Edit: Missed a couple of pages...
From your CPUZ snips, that one 2GB RAM card must have lower speed than the other three, your system will run faster it you take the 2GB card out. With 12GB you shouldn't miss it.
Ram will run at the frequency of the lowest card.

You should always try to match the RAM cards, an lower speced card can lower the performance of all the RAM.

Agree with profdlp about the slots.
Some motherboards are setup to handle different sized cards in different slots, some can handle using 3 cards in a 4 slot configuration, but most boards can't.

You can put the 3rd 4GB RAM card in slot 2 or 4 and run the test again, this will tell you if your board will be affected by it.

He had 3 4GB and 1 2GB unmatched dimms. With 2 4GB dimms in correct dual channel slots, he gets 18+K. I think if he gets the matching 4GB dimm, he can use all 4 slots. A Guy

And I don't know why the frequency is so low posted about it awhile ago but didn't get an answer
