    Here's something you guys might be interested in... Not sure how many of you follow HWBot, or their competitions, but I get registered to get email updates of new comps just in case I can enter.

    Saw a really interesting one a few days back.. For a slight change in pace, the third stage of their current competition is to get the lowest clock speed using a LGA1155 chip... So far the lowest is 381.6MHz.

    Very nice score... My PC6400 RAM only gets about 9600MB/s in dual-channel... I'm curious about two things though; what make/model is that, and what is your tRAS set to (5-5-5-X)?

    yeah I want to know that as well, my 4GB DDR3 @ 1066MHz running in dual-channel linear mode only goes upto 5450.74 MB/s
