I have 6GB DDR2 and it runs at about 6300 MB/s.
Only way to increase performance is to buy better RAM, and with OEM BIOS it will either run or it won't. You can't change any of the RAM settings, so it's best to be happy with what you have.
My Dell desktop is running great at that RAM speed and I'm content to leave it like it is.
Welcome to Seven Forums MiZeRy,
This might be good or might be not so good, depends on your system specs.
CPU, motherboard, RAM etc.
With a little info someone can give an opinion or recommendation.
That score for 4GB DDR2 800 is..., let's just say high.
Did you OC the RAM? (obviously, but have to ask)
If you did, to get that kind of performance it's gotta be cranked way up, I would be careful you don't fry it.
Thank you for the warm welcome!

RAM: CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

anything else needed?
This is running at 1600, which I had to OC the processor a bit to get to, even though it's the RAMs rated speed.

My bad guys. The last post was after an OC related shutdown, so the stats were completely wrong.
Here we go: i5-750 OC'd to 3.36 to get to my RAMs rated speed of 1600.
Yeah, 160, but I'm set on standard instead of turbo. Still relatively new to OC'ing and don't want to mess up my CPU or RAM until I have enough saved up to upgrade to an i7. Blew out a video card OC'ing last year, so I'm going with baby steps these days. lol
