Sleep and Hibernate problems Windows RC

Hi I have two motherboards Biostar ta79gxe 128M with windows 7 RC 64 bit installed and a asus m4a785tc-v evo board with windows 7 RC 32 bit installed.

Both have the same sleep issue. The go to sleep the first time just fine and come back out. But the second time they just sort of freeze fans keep spinning for a while then the machine shuts down. When windows comes back up its says it detected an error and do I want to send it to Microsoft and I do. But have never been sent a solution back. Does this in S1 or S3 suspend modes and hibernate does the same thing.

Both machines have ati video cards and good power supplies and memory passes memtest86

I opened a ticket with asus but they just said I had bad memory or bad power supply. But now that I have the same problem with another machine I wonder if it's bug in build 7100. Probably have to break down and buy a release version.

    Thanks

    Bump

Trying to contact ATI about this issue but can't seem to create account at
    AMD Global Services
I think it's the password that is failing
A valid password consists of 6 to 8 digits with a combination of letters and numbers plus at least one special character.
What in the world is a special character. Tried several !?&^
