    Help with ram problem

    Hi everybody,

I am trying to get 8 gigs in my pc but when i put all 8 gigs in it runs very slow but with 4gigs it is better and even better with 2 gigs.

    I have intel i5 750 on a biostar tp55 mobo
    cpu clock 140.3
    mem clock 561.2
    cpu speed 2805
the computer sees all of the memory

    Ram

I usually run my ram a little over max especially if you overclock helps with stability I never use auto settings in the bios i set everything manually you may want to loosen timings a bit

    Ram

like instead of 8-8-8-24 try 9-9-9-24 I would at least give the ram the max stock voltage I don't know what voltage settings you have you in your bios but you could give a little bit more

what are you using for a power supply
