Did i do the right thing by deleting all the files in my temp folder without creating a restore point?

All files in temp folder are normally redundant as long as they are finished with ie you have nothing installing or being used by an active process

No i dont have anything installed and everything seems to be alrite infact ma Pc is running very fast now

Hello Floss, welcome to Seven Forums.
It should be ok but don't delete anything else without knowing what it is you're deleting, you'll disable the computer.
