ok, i used HWInfo32, amd overdrive, hsm, speedfan and they all showed the same : when turning on pc from scratch temps are 34 when idle and 50 full load ,ok ,now i finish with the pc and i put the system to sleep, now i'm back and turn on again the pc, ok , but when coming from suspension temps are 49 idle and dont go down ,65 full load , with no load again goes down to 49 , as you all can see there is a real thing coming out from suspension .
i will re intall windows with no programs to see if it is windows itself and install the programs one by one to see if i can catch the one doing this if it isnt windows. if you have any other suggestion let me know , if not thanks everybody for the effort.

I have a Gigabyte board, but not familiar with the one you have. Do you have your CPU voltages set on Auto in BIOS, or do you have a manual setting? Auto can create more voltage than is safe. Something seems to be keeping your CPU active during sleep when it should come from sleep mode at it's lowest thermal point.

Since it's not a software monitor problem, you might check your voltages. Just a guess on my part.

my voltages are in manual cause in normal my games are too slow to play.
i have the board on s3 sleep mode wich is the pc shut down completly when i hit power on my remote control. when i do that everything is off, the fans, micro, etc, are totally off he power suplly has only one 5v on for the infrared sensor of my htpc case so if i hit power the sensor turns on the pc.
i hit power in my remote control and the system comes back on in 2 seconds(love that) in 2 more seconds everything is as before going to sleep.
i wrote down all the stuff running and cpu usage and memory usage , voltages etc before puting the system to sleep. put it to sleep and recheked all the stuff running and they are all the same , same voltages, same cpu usage, same memory usage as before going to sleep but the temp is too high as in full load.
but cpu usage is 2%, memory is all together 30% .
the only thing that ran that was not in my list was something called mobsync but desapeared in one second from task manager. so that could be the thing?.

i googled it and it says is a windows program . so, if everything is as it was before going to sleep why my temp goes 15 degrees higher and dont come down? cpu use is just 2%.

oh, something else i saw weird in task manager was "inactive system process" that kept cpu in 50% use, but then desapered too. and total cpu usage came down to 2% only temp is still in 49

Anyone happen to notice the case he has listed in his specs? Manny which Mozart is it,

    Thermaltakeusa»Chassis»Home Theater»Mozart Series

Might even be a good idea to pop the cover off and take a picture so we can see what it looks like for airflow.

Operative term here being HTPC case. Pretty much bet it wasn't designed with gaming or overclocking in mind.

absolutely not, htpc parts should be low power and quite. thats why they have non gaming HD graphics cards.

well guys , i live alone so my case is always open in my living room, no cover is attached.
i know htpc is not meant to be for games but i do it prety good in this one. with the case closed temps go 5 degrees higher but it runs fine and to avoid any problems case is open. i run with hd 3200 integrated graphic card cod6, farcry, crisis 1 and2 fear 1, fear extraction point, the other one i forgot the name and fear 2, cod4, cod2, cod5, vegas2 , jerico, quake4 etc.
mediaportal etc. and windows7 graphis for me is awesome, not complains.
is the vc4000sns with remote control. i have 3 years with it and when i got it i gave away the stereo, the dvd player the extra speakers . you know the drill.
so the only problem you already know and that did not happen when i was using xp, so is a windows 7 problem i supouse. and this case can take any graphic card it hasa lot of room for it.
i can make it really quiet if i get pwm fans, those with 4 pins. so if i stop gaming the fans will go down too. i tried before with my friends fans and we could nt hear a thing when i stopped gaming.

hmmm i wouldn't have thought the HD3200 could handle some of those games at desirable settings.
