yes it can i run them in the lowest setting but the hd3200 card set to optimun veiw(not optimal performance) and with the way windows7 handles graphics i dont envy any pro graphic card. even if i run the hd3200 in optimal performance it get faster fps.
i thought i would have problems with gears of war and not i did not, looks awesome and runs the same.

and something you should know is that the hd3200 can be overclocked from 500mhz (stock) to 1200mhz if you put a cooling fan instead of the stock heatsink. this board let you overclock everything in it. hd3200 also has 128m of ddr3 integrated. check in google how this board has been overcloked , is amazing(gigabyte ga-ma780gpm-ds2h). right now mine is 750mhz with stock heatsink and did not adjusted the voltage (which i could do with a good cooling fan on it) i could go for 1100mhz and more voltage for the hd3200. dont go that far cause i'm not a kid i'm 45 so dont need the latest video card or the fastest board or cpu, u knowi just want to play somethng.
