Downloading makes 7 really slow

    My system have none... Neither my netbook... The problem is there, it's real, and it's bothering you, so I suggest you try the solution dpc latency website gave you, or you can try and test every single one computer you use/have...

    Tested in Vista x86 and same problem. The first day I was running Vista it seemed like Vista was safe from the static but today it happened when I was watching a 720p video on youtube. I haven't downloaded much on Vista. On 7, the sound tends to get distorted when I watch cpu hungry videos (720p, 1080p) and looks the same goes for Vista. XP has had no problems and I've been running that for a week doing the same things I do on Vista and 7.

    Edit: Looks like it is happening on XP but it's not as noticeable. Great, I'm not safe anywhere.
