Not the best but no money for an SSD, instead 3 x 500GB WD Caviars in RAID 0. RAID0 makes everything super fast but the RAID 0 BIOS takes 5-10 seconds to initiate...

This is it without any tweaks to windows what so ever and everything enabled on start up.

I'll upload one more in a couple of mins with some tweaks done see if there is any point in them...

    Edit :

Well so I disabled, Windows Search, Windows Fax, and Windows Tablet PC Input services along with enabling No GUI boot. All my programs and windows gadgets still enabled but another 8 seconds shaved off the reboot time.

you said yours took 81s, that's a nice boost. I am running a disk defrag + optimization using "Autologics Disk Defrag" i'll let you know how that turns out...

    Edit :

into the 40s after the defrag of my Windows drive. 3 Seconds isn't a big difference but the overall system responsiveness has improved too.

New SSD, Crucial M4, 64GB. Previous best was 68, and the worst, 193 seconds, and so far it's scored 7.7 in WEI.
