It took me 69 seconds as one can see.

I have just 2 gigs of RAM but there are no superfluous programs, services and start-up items running. Perhaps that is why the process took 69 seconds only.

Got my first SSD, Crucial M4, No optimization at all, all programs I want enabled at start up -

And one small optimization (NO GUI Boot) -

System fully responsive at the second the desktop shows up, windows boot logo doesn't even finish, Extremely fast and responsive system, SSD's might seem expensive but really it's a bigger upgrade then let's say a new CPU and more RAM for me...

I wanted to see how low I can go without disabling things that I actually like/want/need, so I disabled the Tablet PC service as well as the FAX service. Everything else on at start up -
