Here is my time after using Win 7 for 2 days with an Anti-Virus program and wireless connection. I think its a little low :P

Windows 7 Ultimate RTM (x86)

I'm pleased with this as I am on a netbook, with no tweaks or anything, have quite a long password, and am running 7 ultimate. Also I have office, avast, 3 web browsers, flash, photoshop and some other stuff installed.
