Be careful using optimisers and registry cleaners as they may not be compatible with windows 7 and 64bit systems, I used a reg cleaner on vista x64 once and it corrupted my registry because it was not x64 compatible I had to wipe the hdd and start over, it worked fine on my x32bit laptop though. Sometimes they work and sometimes they are just poo.

Ugh... 41 secs.

Startup : ATI Catalyst, Sidebar (Clock, CPU Meter, Calendar)
Tweaks : So far just WaitToKillServiceTimeout 2000.

Dual Boot enable, logon password removed.

Edit : Oh, 38 secs!
