So... We're all comparing how long our computers take to log off, shut down, BIOS POST, start up and then finally log in.
Just loaded everything and running stable. Win 7 Professional x64. Changed a couple things & knocked 3 seconds off.. Yeehaw!
don't care how fast mine restarts. because it is on 24/7 :P
When does the timer start, from the time bios start or when Windows start?
just after I do a clean install before I do any drivers, updates and software I get 15 seconds for bios and 15 for windows to get me to the desktop but after all installation I get numbers like 40 seconds to over a minute.
