heres mine
Here's my latest.
I reboot my machine every 5 days or unless an update has to be installed.
I don't what it is and don't know how I can (or if I can) fix it but for some reason my PC shuts down really quickly but when it boots up, I hear the "beep" then my screen goes into standby for maybe 2 secs, then it displays "no signal" for maybe 5 secs before it posts. Not good...
update: I tweaked my RAM and now everything flys! I got a 23 sec boot time but deleted the snip I took by mistake.

About 52 secs to desktop complete.
I didnt change anything or use any tricks. Here are my results. You might wanna take another 2 secs off from this time because I had to enter my password at windows startup :P
My time: 76 secs

My average is down to about 35 now I've installed some new programs etc (as above). I'm very happy
Finally found the services and programs that were slowing me down.
A little more tweaking and I'll be down to tw33k's range
